Run Your First Audit
From a bare URL to a prioritised, evidence-backed report in one pass. No account needed to start.
You need exactly one thing to run a first audit: the URL. No account, no install, no plugin.
Start the audit
Open the free audit page at hubseo.dev/free-seo-audit and enter your URL. Without an account you get 1 audit per 30 days. A free account raises that to 3 per UTC month and keeps your reports in a dashboard.
Let it measure
The engine fetches the live page over an SSRF-pinned connection, renders
it with a real browser, runs Lighthouse lab passes in mobile and desktop
emulation, probes robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt, and grades
your AI-search readiness. Typical single-URL audits finish in a few
minutes. Heavy or slow sites take longer; the queue is honest about
waiting.
Read the human summary first
The first screen is a plain-English headline, not a wall of scores: "Your website is healthy overall. Three things deserve your attention first."
Work top-down through the findings:
- Fix this first · blocking issues, with the evidence behind each.
- Working well · what the measurements confirm you can leave alone.
- Review later · real but lower-leverage items.
Understand any score you see
Every score links back to a published formula. Nothing is a black box. See How scores are computed.
Act on a finding
Each finding can be prepared as an AI-ready fix: a dual-sided object with a plain-English problem statement on your side and a deterministic spec for a coding agent on the other. See Fix Packs.
Verify
Apply the fix, then re-scan. The finding closes only when the live re-scan confirms the measurement changed. Don't trust the fix. Verify it.
